This contract requires the contractor to provide statistical and analytic support to HRSA and the OPTN for organ allocation policy formulation, evaluation, and reporting. The work includes supporting policy analysis, developing system performance metrics, conducting economic analysis, and preparing reports for Congress. The contractor must furnish all necessary personnel, materials, and facilities to fulfill the tasks in the Performance Work Statement. The government will monitor performance according to the contractor's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
