HRSA plans to update the eCQM specifications for inclusion in Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) programs. We are seeking information about organizations’ availability and technical abilities to update four eCQMs to meet CMS requirements as outlined in the CMS Measure Management System Blueprint. Specifically, the eCQM updates should represent the current clinical quality language (CQL) logic, QI-Core Data Model, produce new Bonnie testing, and assure the eCQM meet the most current Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) eCQM standards while adhering to the scientific acceptability of NQF endorsement.
