The Office of Research Services (ORF), Division of Facilities Operations & Maintenance (DFOM), Maryland Facilities Management Branch (MFMB) is responsible for supplying drinking water when properly functioning potable water systems are not available. The temporary use of bottled water shall be investigated by the facility manager in collaboration with the Division of Occupational Health and Safety. NIH requires a vendor that can provides bottled water services (rental cold/hot water cooler, bottle water, cups) to various Government building throughout the NiH Main Campus, Bethesda, MD.
