Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center(CC),Office of Purchasing and Contracts(OPC) on behlaf of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department intends to procure two ultrasound probes that are compatible with an existing Samsung Ultrasound Imaging Machine. This requirement is for ultrasound probes needed to acquire images of the diaphragm and will be used support several on-going research studies. Product description 1X PA1-5A S-VUE PHASED ARRAY SECTOR PROBE WITH A FREQUENCY RANGE OF 1-5MHZ DESIGNED FOR CARDIOLOGY, ABDOMINAL AND CRANIAL IMAGING, 24 MONTH WARRANTY, - 1 each 1X CA3-10A S-VUE CONVEX PROBE WITH A FREQUENCY RANGE OF 3-10 MHZ DESIGNED FOR ABDOMINAL AND OB/GYN IMAGING, 24 MONTH WARRANTY- 1 each All Quotes and Subsequent Quote Materials must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist- gakinbinu@cc.nih.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112 with a large small business standard size of 1000 empoyees.
