Blackford Platform – Use and Access to the Blackford Platform for one year including the following Engineering Resources (1) 10 Days (80 Hours) of Engineering Resource Time annually to assist in the deployment, support and management of the Platform and assist with the integration of associated Algorithms and Applications. (2) For base year - resource onsite for initial training and roll out. Visit not to exceed 3 days.
