This action is to modify the existing, Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) services contract, HHSM-500-2016-00009B, HHSM-500-B0001. This action is required to assist the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), Centers for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ), Information Systems Group (ISG) with IT development Services to support the Hospital Quality Reporting Program. The HQR system is made up of 30 modules/applications, 65 reports, consisting of over 5 million lines of code. The majority of these applications support multiple programs within the HQR community (IQR, OQR, IPF, PCH, and ASC).
