The Portland Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Wellpinit Service Unit (WESU), intends to modify Purchase Order (PO) No. HHSI248201800072P for providing clinical uniform rentals and linen accessories as a single source to Cintas Corporation, 6800 Cintas Blvd., Mason, OH 45040-9151 in pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106(b). The service is required in order to stay compliant with Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Due the WESU’s rural location, Cintas is only vendor that will service their location. The modification will extend the period of performance until 05/06/2021, and add two one (1) year option periods per clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The NAICS code is 812331, and the small business standard $35 Million. Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.
