Office on Women’s Health for Midlife through Menopause Mortality and Morbidity Reduction Initiative
This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation, to identify qualified small businesses capable of conducting national longitudinal data analyses and managing healthcare quality improvement learning collaboratives for midlife and menopausal women’s health. The initiative focuses on two workstreams: improving breast cancer screening and diagnostic follow-up, and reducing recurrent urinary tract infections and severe outcomes through evidence-based prevention, including appropriate vaginal estrogen use. The work requires access to large, nationally representative inpatient and outpatient datasets, along with expertise in women’s health, epidemiology, biostatistics, causal inference, and multi-site quality improvement collaboratives.
