The NIH Supply Center (NIH-SC) is soliciting information regarding potential suppliers’ capabilities and pricing structure across commercial and government sectors for cold-storage warehouse services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential cold storage service providers and collect information from interested organizations regarding their capacity to provide cold-storage warehouse services. All interested organizations are invited to submit information in response to this RFI as per the specifications detailed in Section C: Information Requested. Issuance of this RFI does not in any way obligate NIH-SC or NIH to award a contract nor does it commit NIH-SC or NIH to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any response. By issuing this RFI, the NIH-SC does not express an intent, commitment, or promise to purchase any supplies or services. Responses to this RFI will not be considered by NIH-SC as offers to enter into a contract; this RFI is for information collection purposes only. Anticipated NAICS codes may be 531120 (Commercial Building Rental of Leasing) or 531190 (Lessors of Other Real Estate Property). Other relevant NAICS codes are not excluded. The anticipated Product Service Code may be X1GZ (Lease/Rental of Other Warehouse Buildings). Other relevant PSC codes are not excluded. Answers to questions are posted 06May2021.
