A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON A LATER DATE. PURPOSE: This procurement is designated as Full and Open Competition utilizing FAR Part 15 competitive procedures. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541715. The Government plans to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with individually negotiated Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Firm-Fixed-Price task orders as needed. The planned IDIQ award will consist of a ten (10) year base ordering period with (3) three, (5) five-year option periods. The Government anticipates the ordering period will begin in or around the Spring of 2024. The primary place of performance for this requirement is the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer/ NCI Frederick. Resultant task order awards may include option periods and option quantities per FAR clauses 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity - Separately Priced Line Item. The parent IDIQ Contract will contain 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The RFP will be available electronically on or around June 23, 2022 and will be accessible through the Contract Opportunities at http://sam.gov. IT IS THE OFFERORS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE AFOREMENTIONED SITE FOR THE RELEASE OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS.
