As a result, specialized contractor support is needed for policy analysis and rule writing support. A contractor experienced in managing the regulation development and comment analysis process and in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders is critical to ensure that HIIG has the necessary and current information to develop and further its interoperability policies and initiatives.
