The purpose of this Statement of Objectives (SOO) is to acquire the capability to develop and maintain Information Technology (IT) solutions in the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). This effort provides IT, operational, and analytical services to CMMI and Section 3021 models and workload created from MACRA Section 101. The CTS Contractor will inherit five production systems from one incumbent contractor. Three of the five systems are Center-wide systems. A Center-wide system supports multiple innovative models. The remaining two systems are model-specific and each support one innovative model. This work requires full-lifecycle software development and DevSecOps.
