The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance, technical support, and repair services for four STERIS washing and sterilizing systems located at the Gulf Coast Seafood Laboratory, Dauphin Island, AL. Services include OEM-recommended scheduled maintenance, interior cleaning, NIST-traceable calibration, priority technical support, and repairs by OEM factory-trained and certified technicians. The contract covers parts, labor, travel, and accommodations to ensure optimal equipment performance. The period of performance is a 12-month base year with four 12-month option periods (05/01/2025 – 04/30/2030). For detailed requirements, refer to the attached Statement of Work.
