The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Human Foods Program, seeks to acquire a brand name or equal Optical-Photothermal Infrared-Raman-Fluorescence (O-PTIR-R-FL) microscope system to support micro- and nanoplastics analysis. The required system must offer sub-micron spatial resolution with simultaneous O-PTIR, Raman, and fluorescence imaging capabilities. This procurement will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 334516. The award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
