The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisitions, intend to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), to DKSH (Thailand) Limited, 2106 Sukhumvit Road Kwaeng Prakanong Tai, Khet Prakanong Bangkok Thailand 10260 to purchase laboratory equipment COBAS E411 RACK Instrument for the Thailand-DHAP Lab. DKSH is the only distributor in Thailand for the Cobas E411 Rack Instrument, which is made by Roche Diagnostics Ltd., Switzerland. This equipment must be purchased from DKSH which is the designated vendor for Roche (Thailand) which is the authorized representative of Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland). The place of performance is the CDC DHAP Laboratory Dept. of Medical Sciences Building 2/Floor 2 Tivanon Road, Nonthaburi, Thailand 11000. No request for quote will be issued based upon this notice of intent. This synopsis ends on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in accordance with FAR 5.203 (a)(1). Any interested companies are welcome to submit their ability to provide the specified products via email to qlc3@cdc.gov.
