This is a Request for Quote from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to acquire the EZ1 Advanced XL Extractor laboratory equipment including installation, application training, warranty and preventative maintenance for two years, under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code of 423490. The Division of HIV/AIDS prevention (DHAP) Lab in Thailand is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). It is housed within CDC’s Center for Global Health (CGH). The mission of DHAP is to promote health and quality of life by preventing HIV infection and reducing HIV-related illness. EZ CDC intends to issue a single contract award as a result of this RFQ. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price. The period of performance will be from award date to 09/30/2020. Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about August 14, 2020 until August 21, 2020 at 12pm EST. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will also be made at the same website.
