The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to MicroMain Corporation. The NIOSH Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the NIOSH Spokane, Washington locations currently use Mircomain as the facilities management operating software to track and maintain records of day to day maintenance activities. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire the services of the Micromain Corporation for the next 5 years. MicroMain shall host the software on their system in a digital cloud-based environment. Services will be supplied to the NIOSH Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location, and the NIOSH Spokane, Washington location. MicroMain shall supply and maintain Micromain’s CMMS EAM SaaS maintenance and facilities management program; a cloud-based software that is fed-ramp certified and capable of supporting multi-sites. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and submit documentation of their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
