Title: MHE Maintenance & Service Contract The CDC Warehouse has 13 material handling equipment that consists of forklifts, pallet jacks, and sweepers that require routine maintenance to extend its lifecycle and serviceability.The contract will allow for the proper preventative maintenance to prevent costly repairs in the future. These services allows CDC to level their maintenance costs by providing a consistent monthly predetermined figure, based strictly on usage hours and it includes parts travel and labor. CDC will automatically be in compliance with manufacturers recommended maintenance schedule. All scheduled maintenance programs will be solely managed by contractor. The contractor will conduct preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis for 13 equipment. The contractor will also conduct a 1,000 hour maintenance service annually.
