The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service is issuing a sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and any other Small Business Concerns having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Pharmacy (Outpatient) Automated (Robotic) Packaging/Dispensing Systems for Multiple Locations. Refer to attached (draft) Statement of Work for required equipment/supply/services. The GPAIHS intends to solicit for the purchase of Pharmacy Robotic Systems and follow-on SMA (Service Maintenance Agreement) or the lease/rental of Pharmacy Robotic Systems for multiple hospitals, health centers and clinics within North and South Dakota. The contract term shall be for a base year with four one-year options. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. IHS anticipates a firm fixed-price contract awarded on an all-or-none basis.
