Period of Performance: Final product to be completed and installed in accordance with the PWS. Deliverables: To be delivered in accordance with the attached PWS. Price Schedule: Please submit proposals with an itemized price schedule to be reviewed and evaluated. Attach additional information if necessary. Evaluation Criteria: The Government reserves the right to issue a single award or multiple awards to contractor(s) whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the following Evaluation Factors will be considered: Past Performance, Technical Capabilities, Delivery/Installation Dates, and Price. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set aside.
