It is a sources sought notice in search of potential businesses that can provide the following: The Gallup Indian Medical center (GIMC), is located in Gallup New Mexico. Is replacing the COVID 19 unfinished, uninsulated and open wood sheds with a permanent finished structures that offer field on view, are insulated and conditioned spaces. Based upon this notice a solicitation will follow. The NAICS Code has been updated from 236220 to 332311. PROJECT : Provide (2)-two, 8’ X 8’ guard shacks, Similar and or equal to model 88OR, Manufactured by FS Industries, with the following features: 240V/120V 100A panel with circuit breakers for the following loads. Surface mounted LED lighting, at 120V, 15A CB 2000W electric heat minimum, 120V, 25A CB Air conditioning unit at either 120V or 240V, 5000 BTU’s minimum, properly sized circuit breaker Three 20A, 120Vac general purpose duplex outlets Thermal insulation for floor, ceiling & walls, the minimum thermal insulation shall be R19 Building shall be constructed such that it can be lifted securely by Fork-lift, and set in place. Provide (1)-One 4’ X 6’ General shack, Similar and or equal to Model 46SIR, Manufactured by FS Industries with the following features: Two sliding doors on each side. Sliding windows in the front & back - 40 inches from floor to bottom of window 240V/120V 100A panel with circuit breakers for the following loads. Surface mounted LED lighting, at 120V, 15A CB 2000W electric heat minimum, 120V, 20A CB Air conditioning unit at either 120V or 240V, 5000 BTU’s minimum, properly sized circuit breaker Three 20A, 120Vac general purpose duplex outlets Thermal insulation for floor, ceiling & walls, the minimum thermal insulation shall be R19. Building shall be constructed such that it can be lifted securely by Fork-lift, and set in place. SCOPE : Contractor shall provide three prefabricated units with minimum 2Kw electric heating, and electric cooling at 5000 Btu’s. Contractor shall provide deliver the units and set them in place see attached pdf for locations and staging. Contractor shall be required to unload and set the units in place as depicted in the attached pdf. Contractor shall provide/install hardware for IT Data/Phone services. Four, 4 inch junction box (2-1/8 Deep with ½ & ¾ inch knockouts) to be installed on each walls (preferably next to power outlet). Each 4 inch junction box will use ¾ inch flexible metal conduit to be run into a 10 inH x 8 inW x 4inD Metallic Enclosure, Gray, with Knockouts and pad lockable latch on the inside of the building. CRITERIA: Codes and Standards: the contractor shall perform services in accordance with the following codes and standards applicable for the State on New Mexico, at a minimum with the latest edition of NFPA 70. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to set the units in place SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall deliver units to GIMC, unload and site the prefabricated units on the concrete pads constructed by others. Period of Performance: All work shall be completed 60 Days after award.
