Medical Coding and Data Entry Services The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located at 1808 W. Aztec Avenue Gallup, New Mexico, has an upcoming requirement for medical coding and data entry services. The period of performance will include a base year and four option years as follows: Base Year: January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 1st Option Year: January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 2nd Option Year: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 3rd Option Year: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 4th Option Year: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561410 – Document Preparation Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The Request for Quotations No. GIMC-2022-HIM-001 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 22, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 7, 2021. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside with Indian Preference.
