This solicitation seeks a spectroradiometer system, specialized lens for near-eye displays, and control/analysis software to support regulatory science tool development for measuring AR/VR head-mounted display image quality at the FDA. The equipment must meet specific optical, performance, and hardware specifications, including a 380-780 nm wavelength range, back-thinned cooled CCD, and a 30-50 mm focal length lens. Delivery of all items (calibrated, with manuals and certificates) is required within 60 days of award. The period of performance is a 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years.
