***AMENDMENT #3*** Task 1 Statement of Work is hereby amended from the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube to the installation of a resin-impregnated fiberglass material tube as indicated in attached Attachment #7. The current Due Date remains April 10, 2020 @ 1:00 PM At time of award, given the current COVID-19 situation the issuance of a Notice to Proceed to the successful Contractor shall be mutually determined. ***AMENDMENT #2*** The current due date is hereby extended to April 10, 2020 @ 1:00 PM while the acceptability of an alternative lining material is considered. Prior to the due date if an alternative lining material is acceptable and amendment to the current solicitation will be posted. ***AMENDMENT*** Correction on Site Survey as follows: From: “scheduled for 9:00 AM CST, Monday, March 11, 2020.” To Read: scheduled for 9:00 AM CST, Wednesday, March 11, 2020.
