The U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is requesting a procure of 500 custom prepared 96-well plates of format #1 and 750 plates of format #2 (1250 total) with concentrations of specified antimicrobial drugs dried in each well. The last row of each plate format also needs one positive control well and one negative control well. They delivery will be at several FDA Facilities (see #4-V FOB Destinations). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the items described in the attached.
