In addition, the RFQ document has been amended for the following reasons: to incorporate FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05, effective September 7, 2023; to incorporate FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023); to incorporate FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items (SEP 2023); to remove language on Organizational Conflicts of Interests; to correct a website address; and to make minor formatting and heading revisions. Please note that the deadline for submitting quotes has NOT been extended. *** In accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. FDA-SOL-23-1267862, the Government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type Purchase Order. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is the 12-month period following the date of award, anticipated to commence on September 25, 2023. The actual PoP will be determined at time of award.The objective of this Purchase Order is to procure a comprehensive internal communications assessment performed off-premises (remotely) in support of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), Office of Communication and Education (OCE). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. FDA-SOL-23-1267862 for commercial services in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611- Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The associated small business size standard is $24.5 million.This is a total small business set-aside solicitation in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5.
