Using the Esri Portal for ArcGIS, Office of Crisis Management (OCM) created the FDA GeoWeb. FDA GeoWeb is an easy-to-use geographic information web portal which provides the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with access to spatial data and maps related to the Agency’s mission. FDA GeoWeb relies on a community of users supplying spatial information to the portal for others to use. The data and maps making up the majority of the content are generated by user projects and daily operations. It contains browser-based tools allowing users to do the following: ? Create and share their own web maps. ? Upload and symbolize data. ? Select from multiple background maps. ? Share it with their office or all of FDA. The Contractor shall provide the Portal for ArcGIS Level 5 500 User Annual Term License (or Equal to License). This purchase will allow continued operation of the FDA Geoweb after the current software licensing expires on 8/7/2020.
