The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) located in Jefferson, Arkansas requires the network closet in NCTR Building 5A-164 to be relocated to 5B-157A to accommodate the VoIP implementation. A new fiber cable shall be installed starting from 5C-111 (data center) to new closet location and all copper connections in 5A-164 shall be relocated to the new closet. In addition, fiber running from 10-111 (computer room) shall be moved from 5A-164 to 5B-157A.
