FDA seeks to procure Shredding Services For PHI-DO and Associated Resident Posts, for a base year (12 months) plus four (4) 12 (months) option years. See attached RFQ; Ignore the previous version of the Solicitation: Clarifications: -The Contractor shall provide secured shredding storage bins and conduct onsite shredding services for the Food and Drug Administration’s Philadelphia’s District Office. Shredding documentation shall include, but not limited to, paper, folders, books, and pamphlets. The Contractor shall collect and shred highly sensitive documents onsite at the locations listed below. The Contractor shall collect and shred documents of the offices Bi-monthly for a total of 6 collections per location for the requested period of performance. Shredding shall be done during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays or as ordered by the Contracting Officer. Shredding done outside of normal business hours and/or ordered outside of this schedule must be approved by the Contracting Officer. -Previous Vendors: Iron Mountain and was changed to ShrediT (Stericyle) -Please, provide your quotes ASAP, via email. Read the solicitation and respond to it as required. Quotes pricing MUST include the base year and all 4 out years, plus a Grand Total Amount. See Section 5.5, 6, of solicitation. All Other Terms and Conditions Remain the Same.
