The FDA National Forensic Chemistry Center is requesting quotes for one new Steritest Symbio ISL 2 Med US sterility testing system that fits and operates within the existing Getinge ISO-FLEX-R Isolator. The system will support forensic and regulatory sterility sample analysis and new methodology development, with minimum requirements including all new components, a stainless-steel VHP-compatible pump housing, specified Steritest kits/accessories or equivalents, and isolator compatibility. The vendor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering parts, labor, travel, telephone support, and software updates, with optional yearly service agreements, and must bear all transit and repair costs. Onsite installation and one training session for up to three users are required, with training completed no later than 30 days after installation, plus unlimited free telephone, email, and/or FAX technical support for one year.
