Quotes are being requested and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 75F40123Q00166 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 611430, Description: Professional and Management Development Training. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing the Best Value and discussions are not necessary.
