Food and Drug Administration has a requirement to procure Waste Disposal and Recycling Services for a base year (12 Months) plus four (4) option years. Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall provide the requested services in the locations listed herein, and will provide the necessary personnel, materials, facilities, and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to performing the requested tasks as described for each performance area or location. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business only set-aside 100% (for small businesses only) FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5.
