In accordance with FAR 5.201, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issues this synopsis in order to provide notice of a forthcoming solicitation for the requirement entitled, " Access to Outpatient Prescription and Patient Level Drug Utilization Data." The FDA intends to award a multiple award IDIQ as a result of this solicitation. The FDA has provided a draft of " Section B-Supplies or Services” as an attachment with this synopsis, as well as a draft of the Labor Category Requirements, which will be Attachment 3 to the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation number will be FDA-SOL-20-1222538 and is expected to be released at a later date with a quick turnaround and a shortened question period. It will be issued as a full and open competition.
