The FDA has issued a Sources Sought Request for Information for information, planning, and market research only; it is not a solicitation or an obligation to award a contract. The RFI seeks to help FDA understand technical capabilities for the full range of services described in the attached Statement of Work and assess the market’s capability to meet the Data Strem requirements. FDA welcomes responses from all interested businesses. FDA will not select or award based on responses, pay for submitted information, acknowledge receipt, answer questions, notify respondents of review outcomes, or hold discussions, but it may contact vendors if additional information is needed.
