The Food and Drug Administration, Office of Operations has a requirement for Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services. The services will consist of engineering professional disciplines including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural and interior design services for the performance of planning, programming, surveys, studies, investigations, review of shop drawings, testing/collecting samples and equipment, and the preparation and development of reports, working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, other related documents and construction administrative services as required by the Food and Drug Administration at the Jefferson Lab Complex in Jefferson, AR. This contract is being procured in accordance with FAR 36.6 and selection will be non-project specific. Firms will be selected for negotiation, if necessary, based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is- 541330- Engineering Services; Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. We anticipate a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The anticipated performance period of this contract will have a 5-year ordering period. The estimated not to exceed amount of $7,500,000 which can be increased via bi-lateral mod in the resultant contract. The one-time guaranteed minimum order amount for the entire five-year period is $10,000.00. Multiple task orders may be awarded with similar completion schedules and overlapping delivery dates.
