05/27/2020: Vendor Posed Questions and Answers Question 1: For requirement #3, what is meant by 100 nm resolution? Is this referring to the discrete movements of the stage or rather the resolution of the image? The inclusion of this requirement in the same section as the requirements for the automated stage suggested to us that it was referring to the stage movements. Question 1 Answer: 100nm refers to resolution of the image not the movement of the stage. Question 2: For requirement #8, what is meant by acquiring 100 data points per beat (1s)? Is this referring to, for example, acquiring 100 images per second, or rather imaging 100 cells in a single frame per second? Question 2 Answer: 100 data points per second refers to 100 images captured across an entire plate of cells simultaneously at 100 milliseconds per image.
