This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation number is FDA-SOL-75F40124Q00242. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a Full and Open Competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03, effective 23 February2024.
