This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-7, effective August 11, 2011. This is an unrestricted procurement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 493190 – Other Warehousing & Storage. This combined synopsis/solicitation is not set-aside and is a Full and Open Solicitation. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov (https://beta.sam.gov/), with completed representations and certifications, by the close date of the solicitation. Quotes submitted by offerors not registered in SAM.gov will not be considered. It is responsibility of the quoter to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions of this solicitation.
