The purpose of this document is to purchase the online publication “Politico Pro.” Responsibilities of OCA include drafting or developing legislative proposals, position papers, and departmental reports on proposed legislation for approval by the Commissioner. OCA advises and assists members of Congress and congressional committees and staffs, on agency actions, policies and issues related to legislation which may affect FDA. In responding to congressional inquiries, OCA prepares Agency witnesses for congressional hearings and briefings and provides Congress with technical assistance on pending legislation. Politico Pro provides up-to-date information regarding legislative tracking of bills, notices of hearings and transcripts, and other relevant information. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order as result of this solicitation. Please see the attached RFQ for complete requirement details and quotation submission instructions.
