FDA is seeking to purchase a license, providing unlimited access for up-to-200 users to a robust, valid and reliable database or databases containing information on processed food and cosmetic products sold in the United States (U.S.) marketplace. To meet FDA’s research mission and for the purpose of this acquisition, these multiple, interlinked, compatible databases should be comprehensive, representing regionally and nationally, processed food and cosmetic products manufactured or imported for sale in the United States (US) marketplace. The database(s) shall contain current and historical data for products from the 1990s-to-the-present that are valid, verified, and re-verifiable and shall represent greater than 50% of products sold in the U.S. marketplace.
