The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Eppendorf North America. Inc., to provide DASware control upgrade, including PC, OS and licenses and service for 8-fold DASGIP system. The upgrade shall include the following factors: 1) operate the DASGIP parallel bioreactor system consisting of eight 1.2L bioreactors. 2) The software and the computer shall have all the program recipes to operate the bioreactor system under different cell culture conditions after installation. 3) It shall be capable of obtaining all the process data continuously when operated for 10-20 days. 4) It shall allow communication and transfer of the process data continuously with the historian software MYstro. The period of performance for this effort will be for 12 months. The total estimated value is less than $25,000.
