All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. --------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Politico LLC, 1000 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209 in accordance with FAR part 13.501(a). This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisitions procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
