Contractor shall provide CTP with access to its existing website analytics monitoring software and provide technical assistance in setting up and maintaining the software so that it can be used by CTP for research purposes. The software shall include traffic analytics for websites, including traffic source; total visits by day, week, month, and year; average visit duration; pages per visit; bounce rate (i.e., single page sessions); and visitor demographics.
