This combined synopsis/solicitation is cancelled. Pacific Northwest Lab (PNL) requires purchase of three (3) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units to support laboratory instrument operations for Chemistry Branch analyses – Pesticides & Industrial Chemicals and Mycotoxin Programs. The proposed UPS purchase will provide a steady supply and emergency power to capital laboratory equipment, avoiding voltage spikes, sags, and line noise that are known to affect instrument operation and robustness, as well as some protection for unexpected power disruption. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
