The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Regulatory Affairs’ (ORA) Office of Training, Newark, New Jersey International Bulk Mail & Distribution Center (NWKIMF), Resident Post is currently undergoing a build out as part of facility improvements. To support the retention of newly hired employees slated to work at the NWKIMF, temporary parking is required. There are currently 9 vehicles that require parking and up to 14 vehicles may require parking during the contract period of performance. The contractor shall: Provide parking accommodation for 9 vehicles with optional additional parking for up to 14 vehicles Provide parking accommodation located within .3 miles of the NWKIMF facility location at 20 Washington Place, Newark New Jersey 07104 Provide availability 24 hours per day/7 days per week Ensure proper lighting and maintenance of parking accommodation Maintain adequate and proper ingress and egress Keep parking spaces clear and visible Provide maintenance of spaces during inclement weather, snow removal, and other removal of spills, debris or glass Furnish liability insurance for damage caused by the parking accommodation. Damage caused by other cars and stolen property are the responsibility of the government employee. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order as result of this solicitation.
