It is a critical information source for FDA researchers to stay up-to-date on today’s most recent scientific developments. This resource, considered to be the gold-standard in the chemical and scientific fields, is highly valued and used heavily by FDA researchers in support of the Agency mission as evidenced by usage statistics. SciFindern integrates substances, reactions, references, regulatory, and commercial availability information into a single, powerful tool and analyzes the user’s query against millions of data elements to present the most appropriate answers among document, reach, and substance search results. It also conducts searches across CAplus and MEDLINE files simultaneously. The Contractor shall provide the FDA Library with a site license providing unlimited web-based searching access.
