The purpose of this acquisition is to provide social media monitoring services to identify and monitor public conversations related to tobacco trends, emerging products, regulatory actions and activities, and adverse events. The Contractor shall provide access to its existing social media monitoring software (also known as a social media monitoring tool or social listening platform) and provide technical assistance in setting up and maintaining the software so that it can be used by CTP for research purposes, including extracting real-time nicotine- and tobacco-related social media data to identify and monitor public conversations. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. The Contractor shall provide a subscription equivalent to Sprinklr.
