The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed priced purchase order to procure ongoing design services for office furnishings to the Project Solutions Group, Inc. The services require existing FDA knowledge of and expertise. The FDA has mandated space utilization rates for FDA occupied facilities that require the use of alternative officing programs and techniques to reduce the Center’s space footprint and overall space utilization. As a part of this space utilization reduction, the Center is reevaluating the configuration of office spaces to maximize the available office spaces to be in compliance with Department and Agency policies and ensure the Center mission is not compromised. These design services are required to reconfigure offices to best suit the needs and requirements of CDER Programs for Office furnishings. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 PSG is the known source who can provide the required ongoing services.
