The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) is requesting a Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer Coupled with HPLC System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a two (2) step process. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
