This Notice of Limited Source award of a delivery order off of Water's GSA Schedule is provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), the Respiratory Health Division (RHD). The RHD has a requirement for replacement of a liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometer as well as maintenance services. The period of performance is June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024, to include 2 1-yr optional periods. The intended recipient of this purchase order is: Waters Technologies, Inc 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757. This order is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6. The Contracting Officer responsible for this award is Abbie Jemmott, at ajemmott@cdc.gov
